Is Your Brand Listening? - Presented by Matthew Olson of Signalfire, LLC

Social media has been discussed at length when it comes to using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for broadcasting your brand message. What about listening to what others are saying about your brand? Signalfire’s Owner and Creative Director, Matthew Olson, will discuss the importance of listening to consumers in social media and the market advantage brands can obtain by “listening and responding.”

  • Social media and your website may be broadcast towers for critical brand information, but they are also conduits for you to listen to what people say about your brand.

  • Listening to social media conversations about your brand will give you market insight and agility. See what the marketplace demands and see what changes will take place in real time.

Matthew Olson is the Owner and Creative Director at Signalfire, a creative branding agency just outside of Lake Geneva. Matthew graduated with a B.A. from Lakeland College in Sheboygan.
